Return Exchange Policy

   Srayk Products Return Policy applies to www.srayk.com purchasers only.

   Order the wrong thing? Doesn’t work for you? Want to return it? No Problem!

  • If you purchased a product directly from Srayk Store through our website: www.srayk.com, and you’re dissatisfied for any reason, send it back within Twenty-Five (25) days of purchase for your refund. Any international or expedited shipping fees incurred on your original order will not be refunded.
  • You can return any item for the above reason(s), within 25 days of receiving your original order. If you’d like a return for your goods but you can’t return them to us for any reason, then a refund for those goods will be at our discretion.
  • If you have ordered the wrong size by mistake or you would like an alternative color, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.
  • Send us a message via email after you have dispatched your items so we are notified of a return.
  • You are required to pay for the price difference upon exchange if required OR if there is a negative price difference, we’ll refund the difference back to your original payment method.
  • We’ll refund the price you paid for your item, including sale items back to your original payment method after we have received the items in good condition.
  • The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they’re packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way!
  • All goods will be inspected on return. We always try to accommodate to accept all returns, and returns to us don’t need to be in the original packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable and unsellable condition, we may have to send it back to you and no refund will be issued.
  • We’re not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
  • Please make sure to print a copy of your order confirmation / sales invoice enclosed with your order. This is very important as it would help us to speed up the exchange/refund process.
  • Depending on the options available in your country, you’ll be responsible for the cost of returning any items.
  • Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning and obtain proof of posting.

  Modifying your order after it has been placed
